Spaghetti was originally square not round. Who knew? Try it with Sandy's creamless carbonara sauce recipe: Panfry cubed pancetta, add whisked egg, grated Italian Parmesan and cracked pepper. Transfer wet pasta from cooking pot into saucepan and mix through. Top with extra Italian Parmesan. Fantastico!
